Ordering and Payment Ordering is simple. Select the items you wish to purchase from our order form and send by fax, post or email, telephone orders may also be placed. All orders will be on a proforma basis unless a credit account has been opened with us. You can apply to us for a credit account application form. Payment can be made by either cheque or postal order. Note: Items that require specific designs (eg: Key Fob logo's, Decals, Embossing etc...) must be accompanied by the appropriate artwork. (Artwork can be produced in-house at an additional cost.) Shipping All orders will be sent by first class post or overnight carrier subject to quantity and weight in the UK. Delivery on Batteries are free of charge subject to a minimum order value of £20.00. Delivery on Watchstraps are free of charge subject to a minimum order value of £60.00. Delivery on Key Fobs will be subject to a charge which we will confirm on order. Delivery If the items are in stock we will ship them within 2 working days, you will be notified of any items that maybe out of stock and we will endeaver to dispatch these items within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Tax Charges Instyle Leathergoods Ltd is VAT registered. VAT invoices/receipts are issued automatically with despatched goods. Our VAT registration number is GB 542 9138 40. Damaged Goods All deliveries should be inspected on arrival. If there are any signs of damage you should inform us as soon as possible. We will always replace damaged goods so long as you inform us within 7 days. Returns Policy We can only accept goods returned to us which have been ordered in error if they have not been removed from their original packaging. If a refund is required then we will charge 20% of the transaction value. This is to cover administration charges. Privacy Statement We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will never send you any marketing email from us and never pass your details on to a third party. The type of information we will collect about you includes: * your name * address * phone number * email address * and how you heard about us We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely. Trademarks All company names, logos or trademarks and product names or photographs displayed in this website are the property of their respective owners. Any reproduction of the content or material on this site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. Disclaimer Whilst we try our hardest to ensure accuracy, Instyle Leathergoods Ltd cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this website, including but not limited to those regarding product price. Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. Reaching Us If you need to contact us we are only an email away and we endeavour to answer all emails within one working day. If the office is not manned please leave your name and telephone number on the answer machine. Your call will be returned. Private callers are welcome, but please arrange a time when the office will be manned via email or telephone first. Customer Support and Service If you have a complaint about our goods, services or any other aspect of our business, you can email us at the dedicated email address at support@watchstraps-uk.com . We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and with this acknowledgement we will give an indication of the time we are likely to take in resolving the matter. We will keep all correspondence confidential. Complaints and general support enquiries by telephone should be made using the following telephone number (01633-282412) weekdays, 9.00pm until 4.00pm and you should ask specifically for Mike Freeman who will be able to deal with your matter immediately. Telephone calls to this telephone number are charged at the standard UK national rate.
